The name should be as in your 10th standardmarks card. Change of name should be supported by a valid document

12th Standard

In the course column mention PUC or CBSE or ICSE

In board/institution/university column mention your school or college name and city / town

Degree

In the course column mention clearly your degree i.e., BE / B.Com / BBM / BA etc. as applicable

In board/institution/university column mention college / university name and city / town

In year of passing column mention year of graduation or expected graduation (in case you are appearing for final year / semester exam)

In aggregate percentage column mention the cumulative aggregate up to the end of the last semester in respect of which the result are being declared

Degree marks details: Enter the aggregate marks obtained in each semester or year

Example:

tudents in semester schemes will enter semester marks in the column 1 to 6 or 1 to 8 as applicable
